30 days on the road and it’s our new word…Feast. We have taken many trips and spent time afterward reflecting about the experiences of the various trips. Mexico, Europe, Carribean…the afterglow of these regions was great, but with this trip we found ourselves reflecting for days on how to describe this trip. Feast was the closest word we could feebly use to describe “the trip”.

This was the final days schedule traveling on the Alaska Ferry with Friday being August 12, 2016
The Southwest Crew hotel in Spokane, WA. One of our best layovers in the system so we stayed an extra day to see the sights.

From Bellingham Washington to Montana to Idaho and finally home sweet home…Colorado

The Tetons looking east this time on our way back home

We heard the warnings to watch out for Moose all over the roadway in remote British Columbia on the Cassier Highway, but we saw zero moose…of course, that is, until we reached out last day on the road in Steamboat Springs Colorado in the middle of town in the pond by our hotel…sheez…hilarious!
Many have asked what I shot the trip with…here is my helmet cam. Sony AS200. Super light, aerodynamic, and great pictures for mini cams. The iPhone, of course, caught much of the action.
For the moto-heads I’ll post a “what we learned, gear-wise” for long trips soon.

Simply AMAZING..
